Tommy opened Real Property Management Cairn in 2018 to partner with property owners and assist them in reaching their financial goals through investment properties in Lynchburg and surrounding areas. Tommy works closely with each client to understand their goals, ensuring owners are confident with their choices. His background includes a full military career where his service time consisted of combat tours, combat simulation exercises, and garrison duties while in both staff and Command positions. He currently continues his service in the Army Reserves alongside running RPM.
His hobbies include trail-running, fly fishing, spending time with his family and honing his musical skills with multiple instruments. Tommy and his wife Liz have three children, Sunday, Izzie, and new baby Breck.
Christin Ohnmeiss, Operations Manager
Christin joined the RPM Cairn team in 2020 as our Operations Manager and main contact for both owners and residents. She serves as the visionary for marketing and public relations efforts while providing clients with one-on-one experience. Christin utilizes her prior experience in customer service and excellent communication skills to bring a personal touch to our client communications and resident relations. Christin and her husband Daniel love their two dogs, Riley and Dipper, and enjoy going on evening walks in the park near their Altavista home.
Britney Samson, Maintenance Coordinator
Britney joined the RPM Cairn team in 2022 with a primary focus on Maintenance Coordination. Her communication with our owners, tenants and growing list of vendors greatly contributes to our quality customer service. Thanks to Britney’s attention to detail, we have been able to bring our bookkeeping in-house in 2023. Her background includes a variety of skills, including customer service, management, coordinating, communication, and problem solving. Britney and her husband David enjoy spending time with their son, Brixton, traveling to visit family, and exploring downtown.
